HighGrove is a "conservation design" residential homesite development located 55 miles southwest of Chicago and ten minutes west of the I-55 Joliet, Illinois exit (Route 52). The development is located ten minutes south of Oswego, 15 minutes southwest of Plainfield, ten minutes northwest of Minooka, and in non-rush hour driving, downtown Chicago is a 55 minute drive. Three neighborhoods feature three themed one-acre parks-Cottage Garden, Formal Walled Garden, and Wooded/Wildflower Garden. Homes face the gardens, with back views of the 55-acre open space surrounding the Aux Sable Creek. |
