HighGrove will have 48 homesites, all with beautiful views of both garden parks and the open prairie. Lots will be one-half acre in size and will allow for individualism in selected home design.
Clustered homesites are surrounded by rain garden and natural native plantings to facilitate natural stormwater management. Community on-site utilities are provided (Sheaffer system and community well).
Central to the homesites will be three formal English-style gardens, utilizing plantings indigenous to the Midwest. In this way, low maintenance, but beautiful gardens will be in view from each homesite. |
